Target Information
CAPD2는 콘덴신 복합체의 조절 서브유닛으로, 인터페이스 크로마틴을 유사분열형 응축 염색체로 전환하는 데 필요합니다. 콘덴신 복합체는 DNA에 양의 초코일을 도입하고, 토포이소머라제와 함께 DNA 결합 및 절단을 조절합니다. 또한 염색체 분리 과정에서 자매 염색분체 사이의 DNA 꼬임 해소에 관여하며, 신경 발생 초기 단계에서 정확한 염색체 응축을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
