Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The VBP1 protein interacts with the Von Hippel-Lindau protein to form an intracellular complex. It functions as a chaperone and may assist in the transport of the Von Hippel-Lindau protein from perinuclear granules to the nucleus or cytoplasm.
Alternative splicing and transcription start site variation result in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
