This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening of individual clones to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
FcgRIV (CD16-2) is an intermediate-affinity activating receptor for IgG2a and IgG2b. CD16-2 is the mouse homolog of human FcgRIIIA and acts as a low-affinity IgE receptor for all allotypes. Ligation of FcgRIV by antigen-IgE immune complexes promotes macrophage-mediated phagocytosis and contributes to lung inflammation.
