Target Information
This gene encodes a nuclear protein containing 10 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30–40 amino acid domains with conserved residues, typically including a tryptophan-aspartic acid (Trp-Asp) motif at the C-terminal end. Proteins of the WD repeat family participate in various cellular processes such as cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
