Target Information
Batoclimab (HBM9161)은 신생아 Fc 수용체(FcRn)를 표적으로 하는 완전 인간 항체입니다. 이 항체는 시신경척수염 스펙트럼 질환 및 기타 자가면역 질환 환자를 대상으로 하며, 체내 자가항체의 분해를 가속화할 수 있습니다.
FcRn 발현은 TNF-alpha와 같은 염증성 사이토카인에 의해 상향 조절되며, IgG 및 혈청 알부민의 반감기를 연장시킵니다. FcRn-IgG 상호작용을 차단하면 자가항체의 분해를 촉진하고, 중증근무력증, 갑상선안병증, 시신경척수염 스펙트럼 질환 및 면역성 혈소판감소증 등 다양한 병원성 IgG 매개 자가면역 질환의 발병을 감소시킬 수 있습니다.
