For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using the carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEA3 gene belongs to the MAGEA gene family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity. Variability in promoters and first exons allows differential transcriptional control while maintaining similar function.
MAGEA genes are located at chromosomal region Xq28 and are associated with certain hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
