Product Specific Information

This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Pig, Bovine, and Sheep.

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal clones for production.

Advantages include:

  • Superior specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulation
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to the rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

EEF2 catalyzes the GTP-dependent ribosomal translocation step during translation elongation. This process shifts the ribosome from the pre-translocational (PRE) to the post-translocational (POST) state as A-site-bound peptidyl-tRNA and P-site-bound deacylated tRNA move to the P and E sites, respectively, coordinating tRNA, mRNA, and ribosomal conformational changes.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
