Vybrant Apoptosis Assay kits offer streptavidin biotin-annexin V, propidium iodide (PI), YO-PRO-1, and Hoechst 33342 dyes to differentiate live from apoptotic or necrotic cells, which can then be visualized using flow cytometry.
