Vybrant™ Apoptosis Assay Kits은 YO-PRO-1 및 Hoechst 33342 등의 형광 염색을 이용하여 세포 사멸(apoptosis)과 괴사(necrosis) 상태를 쉽게 구분할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
Apoptotic 세포는 세포막 투과성 변화 및 염색질 응축과 같은 생리적 변화를 겪으며, 이러한 변화를 다양한 형광 염료를 통해 구별할 수 있습니다. 본 키트는 streptavidin biotin-annexin V, propidium iodide (PI), YO-PRO-1, Hoechst 33342를 포함하여 살아있는 세포, apoptosis 세포, necrosis 세포를 구분하고 유세포분석기(flow cytometer)를 통해 시각화할 수 있습니다.
