Target Information
L-Ficolin (Ficolin-2)은 인간 혈청에 존재하는 선천 면역 패턴 인식 분자로, GlcNAc, lipoteichoic acid, acetylated group 등 병원체 연관 분자 패턴(PAMP)에 결합하여 식균작용 및 렉틴 경로를 통한 보체 활성화를 유도합니다. 이 과정에서 mannose-binding lectin (MBL)과 동일한 serine protease인 MASP((MBL)-associated serine protease)를 사용합니다.
