This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Kynureninase is a pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (pyridoxal-P) dependent enzyme that catalyzes the cleavage of L-kynurenine and L-3-hydroxykynurenine into anthranilic and 3-hydroxyanthranilic acids.
It is involved in the biosynthesis of NAD cofactors from tryptophan through the kynurenine pathway.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
