IGF2BP1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 mRNA-Binding Protein 1)는 인슐린 유사 성장인자 2 mRNA 결합 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 4개의 K homology 도메인과 2개의 RNA 인식 모티프를 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 IGF2, β-actin, β-transducin repeat-containing protein 등의 mRNA에 결합하여 번역을 조절합니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
