Target Information
Syntrophin은 특정 신호 전달 분자를 dystrophin-associated protein complex에 결합시키는 어댑터 단백질로, 세포외 기질을 세포내 골격과 연결하여 신경근접합부 및 중추신경계의 시냅스 구조 유지에 관여합니다.
Microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (MAST205)는 고환 특이적 세포질 단백질로, 정자 세포 성숙 과정에서 다단백질 복합체 내에서 기능합니다.
MAST205는 Syntrophin을 통해 dystrophin/utrophin 네트워크를 미세소관 필라멘트와 연결하며, TRAF6와 복합체를 형성하여 LPS 유도 IL-12 합성을 조절합니다. 이는 TRAF6 NF-κB 활성화를 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
MAST205는 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 두 가지 isoform을 가지며, Isoform 1은 full-length 단백질이고 Isoform 2는 327–396 및 1091–1113 잔기가 결여되어 있습니다. N-말단의 인산화는 동일 부위의 유비퀴틴화를 유도하며, 이는 proteasome 매개 단백질 분해를 통해 MAST205의 분해로 이어집니다.
