Target Information
Ibalizumab (also known as ibalizumab-uiyk, formerly TNX-355) is a monoclonal antibody binding to CD4 receptors on CD4-positive cells, preventing HIV particle entry into lymphocytes. It is under development for HIV/AIDS treatment by Taimed Biologics and Theratechnologies.
