Target Information
MAP2K2 (MEK2)는 mitogen 성장인자 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하는 이중특이성 serine/threonine kinase입니다. MEK2는 ERK1/2 및 MAPK 효소를 활성화하며, Thr/Glu/Tyr(TEY) 모티프의 잔기를 인산화합니다. MEK1과 MEK2는 serine 218 및 222에서 이중 인산화에 의해 활성화되며, MEK1의 Thr292는 ERK2에 의해 인산화되어 음성 피드백 조절 역할을 합니다.
