IGSF6 (DORA)는 인간 및 랫에서 발견되는 면역글로불린 슈퍼패밀리(IGSF)의 새로운 구성원으로, 수지상세포 및 골수세포에서 발현됩니다.
마우스와 인간 유전자는 각각 10 kb와 12 kb 크기로 6개의 엑손을 포함하며, GT-AG 규칙에 따라 인트론/엑손 경계를 형성합니다.
마우스 Igsf6 유전자는 면역계 세포, 특히 대식세포에서 발현되며, 인간 유전자는 1 kb 및 2.5 kb 크기의 두 가지 mRNA 형태로 존재합니다.
이 유전자는 염증성 장질환과 관련된 유전자 위치에 존재하며, 반대 방향으로 전사되는 다른 유전자가 Igsf6 유전자의 인트론 내에 포함되어 있습니다.
