The ChargeSwitch™ gDNA Micro Tissue Kit provides the high levels of performance required to purify high quality DNA from the smallest laser microdissected tissue samples and mouse ear clips. This kit avoids the introduction of enzyme inhibitors, which can often limit downstream applications when using very low levels of DNA. This kit includes all the necessary reagents for the number of preps listed and requires the use of a magnetic accessory.
