Target Information
Human thyroglobulin (hTg)은 갑상선 여포세포에서 발견되는 고분자량 당단백질(605 kDa)로, 갑상선 호르몬 T4 및 T3의 흡수, 합성 및 조절된 생합성에 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
갑상선 질환은 대부분 자가면역 기원이며, anti-thyroglobulin autoantibodies는 최초로 발견된 요인 중 하나입니다.
Anti-hTG는 Hashimoto thyroiditis와 Graves disease 등 모든 갑상선 자가면역 질환에서 발견되며, 특히 Hashimoto thyroiditis에서 가장 높은 수준을 보입니다. 또한 갑상선암의 특징적인 표지로, 암 환자의 추적 관찰에 사용될 수 있습니다.
