Target Information
YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase belonging to the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases. It is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene and plays a key role in regulating cell growth, survival, apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.
