Target Information
PDE12는 2',5'-phosphodiester 결합을 절단하여 2-5A 시스템을 조절하는 효소입니다. 이 효소는 triphosphorylated 2-5A를 AMP와 ATP로 분해하며, interferon(IFN)에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 및 항종양 경로의 음성 조절자로 작용합니다. PDE12 억제는 Hela 세포에서 바이러스 복제를 감소시키는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
