These mixed mode reversed phase/anion-exchange guard cartridges protect the analytical column from matrix and sample contaminants, extending column lifetime. newly designed anion exchange RP columns that provide a charge-based separation and supreme resolution for acidic glycans. The column hardware utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surfaces (HPS) that reduces analyte surface interactions and greatly improves recovery and reproducibility. The ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH C18 AX Columns are integrated with easy-to-use MS-grade mobile phase concentrate (p/n: 186009762) and Rapifluor-MS Sialylated Glycan performance Test standard (p/n: 186008660) to provide a complete charge-based separation solution.
