Alexa Fluor Plus secondary antibodies provide brighter signal compared to leading Alexa Fluor secondary antibodies, offering better signal-to-noise for critical experiments. They are conjugated using proprietary dye chemistry to generate vivid fluorescence images.

Usage Tip:
Centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly before use and use only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background staining. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.
