Target Information

폐 계면활성제(pulmonary surfactant)는 인지질과 단백질의 복합 혼합물로, 폐포 내 II형 세포에서 분비되어 폐포 공기-액체 계면의 표면 장력을 감소시켜 정상적인 환기를 위한 폐포 안정성을 제공합니다.
계면활성제 단백질은 SP-A, SP-B, SP-C, SP-D 네 가지로 구분됩니다. SP-A(28–36 kDa)와 SP-D(43 kDa)는 콜라겐성 탄수화물 결합 단백질이며, SP-B(8–9 kDa)와 SP-C(4 kDa)는 비콜라겐성 소수성 단백질입니다.
SP-B는 다양한 형태의 폐 선암(acinous, papillary, bronchioloalveolar, solid growth pattern)에서 발현되며, 편평세포암, 대세포암 및 비폐 선암에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
ProSP-B는 골지체에서 당화(glycosylation)되며, cathepsin D 유사 단백질분해효소에 의해 카르복시 및 아미노 말단 절단을 거칩니다.
