For enhanced enrichment, use Thermo Scientific TMT Elution Buffer with Immobilized Anti-TMT Resin for peptides that have been chemically labeled with Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) Isobaric Label Reagents for multiplexed protein quantitation using tandem mass spectrometry.

Tandem mass tag (TMT) isobaric label reagents are used for multiplexed protein quantitation using tandem mass spectrometry. Immobilized Anti-TMT Resin is designed to effectively capture and enrich peptides or proteins labeled using any TMT reagent. Anti-TMT Resin and TMT Elution Buffer are effective for reducing sample complexity, improving dynamic range, and studying cysteine modifications such as S-nitrosylation, oxidation, and disulfide bonds of protein samples labeled with iodoTMT reagents.
