Target Information
PC4 (Activated RNA Polymerase II Transcription Cofactor 4)
PC4 is a transcriptional coactivator that can suppress both promoter-driven and nonspecific transcription through its DNA-binding activity. The repression mediated by PC4 is alleviated by transcription factor TFIIH, which relieves the topological constraint via ERCC3 helicase activity.
