Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The GADD45G gene belongs to a group of genes upregulated under stress conditions or after treatment with DNA-damaging agents.
The encoded protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase in response to environmental stress.
GADD45G is highly expressed in the placenta.
