Target Information
PRMT9는 SCF(SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex의 기질 인식 구성요소로, DTL/CDT2, BCL6, PRDM1/BLIMP1 등의 단백질을 유비퀴틴화하여 프로테아좀 분해를 매개합니다.
SCF(FBXO11) 복합체는 BCL6의 유비퀴틴화를 통해 생식 중심 B세포의 분화에 관여하며, DTL의 유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 TGF-beta 신호 조절, 세포 이동, 세포주기 진행 및 종료 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한, 인산화된 p53/TP53에 결합하여 neddylation을 유도하고 전사 활성을 억제합니다. SCF(FBXO11)는 p53/TP53의 직접적인 유비퀴틴화를 유도하지는 않습니다.
