제품 특징
- Genomic DNA 제거와 cDNA 합성을 한 튜브에서 동시에 수행하여 RNA 오염을 최소화합니다.
- 15분 반응으로 얻은 산물은 qPCR에 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 30분 반응으로 얻은 산물은 PCR에 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 최대 8 kb의 cDNA를 합성할 수 있습니다.
- cDNA 합성 후 85°C에서 5초간 가열하면 gDNA remover와 reverse transcriptase가 불활성화됩니다.
