Unique genomic DNA remover와 EasyScript® First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix를 결합하여, 하나의 튜브에서 genomic DNA 제거와 cDNA 합성을 동시에 수행할 수 있습니다. cDNA 합성 후 85℃에서 5초간 가열하면 gDNA remover와 reverse transcriptase가 불활성화됩니다.
