Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RASGRF1 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) similar to the Saccharomyces cerevisiae CDC25 gene product. It stimulates the dissociation of GDP from RAS protein. In mouse, Ras-GEF activity in brain can be activated by Ca²⁺ influx, muscarinic receptors, and G protein βγ subunit. The Ras-GEF signaling pathway mediated by this protein may be important for long-term memory.
