Target Information
RNF213 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in angiogenesis. It participates in the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway during vascular development by mediating ubiquitination and degradation of FLNA and NFATC2 downstream of RSPO3. This leads to inhibition of the pathway and promotes vessel regression. RNF213 also exhibits ATPase activity.
