Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 회복 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
SERBP1은 mRNA 안정성 조절에 관여할 수 있으며, SERPINE1/PAI1 mRNA의 3' 말단 134 nt 영역에 결합하여 메시지 분해의 순환 뉴클레오타이드 조절에 영향을 미칩니다.
