Target Information

Sintilimab is a fully human anti-PD-1 antibody for tumor immunotherapy. It adopts an IgG4 molecular framework and includes a modified hinge region sequence (S228P). As a PD-1 pathway blocker, Sintilimab binds to PD-1 molecules on T cells and relieves inhibitory effects on T-cell activation.
