Mouse IgG2a는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형입니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 등에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다. Mouse IgG2a는 ELISA, Western blot, 면역조직화학 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 치료 연구에도 활용됩니다.
