Target Information
SAP90/PSD-95-associated protein 4 (SAPAP4, also known as DLGAP4)는 PSD-95/SAP90과 상호작용하는 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 신경세포의 시냅스 후 밀도(PSD)에 위치한 막 관련 구아닐레이트 키나아제와 결합합니다. SAPAP 단백질들은 어댑터 단백질로 작용하며, FAK 및 PYK2와 같은 시냅스 골격 및 신호 전달 단백질과도 상호작용합니다. SAPAP4 mRNA는 SAPAP1 및 SAPAP2와 유사하게 세포체에 주로 존재하며, SAPAP3 mRNA는 주로 세포체에서 검출됩니다.
