Thermo Scientific BplI restriction enzyme recognizes ^(8/13)GAG(N)5CTC(13/8)^ sites and cuts best at 37°C in Tango(+SAM) buffer.

Thermo Scientific conventional restriction endonucleases are a large collection of high-quality enzymes optimized for the Five Buffer System. The Tango buffer is provided for double digestions, and all enzymes exhibit 100% activity in their recommended conditions. Reaction buffers contain premixed BSA to enhance enzyme stability and bind DNA contaminants.

주의사항 (Note)

BplI requires only Mg²⁺ for its activity but is stimulated by S-adenosylmethionine (SAM).
0.05 mM SAM increases activity more than 100-fold.
Complete cleavage of some substrates may be difficult; enzyme concentration is determined by maximum cleavage level.
