Target Information
SOCS4 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 SH2 도메인과 SOCS BOX 도메인을 포함하며, 사이토카인 신호 억제 단백질(SOCS) 또는 STAT 유도 STAT 억제 단백질(SSI) 계열에 속합니다. SOCS 계열 단백질은 사이토카인 신호의 음성 조절자로 알려져 있습니다. 두 가지 상이한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되었으며 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
