Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge if not clear after standing at room temperature. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This antibody reacts with endogenous NEDD1 protein. BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with NEDD1 from human, chimpanzee, macaque, marmoset, cattle, rat, and mouse (100% homology). Partial reactivity expected with NEDD1 from turkey, chicken, salmon, and Danio (91% homology). Cross-reactivity with other sources has not been determined.
Target Information
Neural precursor cell expressed developmentally down-regulated protein 1 (NEDD1) is required for mitosis progression and promotes nucleation of microtubules from the spindle.
