Target Information
c-Jun은 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3' enhancer heptamer 모티프에 결합하는 전사 인자로, HIPK3에 의해 인산화될 때 NR5A1 활성화를 촉진하여 cAMP 신호 경로 자극 시 스테로이드 생성 유전자 발현을 증가시킵니다. 또한 활성화된 KRAS에 의해 매개되는 USP28 전사 활성화에 관여하며, 대장암 세포에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
