Human IgG is purified from pooled normal human serum. The protein concentration is 5.0 mg/mL based on an E (1%) = 14.0 at 280 nm.
Target Information
Human IgG, also known as human immunoglobulin G, is an antibody produced by the immune system in response to antigens.
