Target Information
CSTF2는 CSTF1 및 CSTF3와 함께 pre-mRNA의 폴리아데닐화 및 3' 말단 절단에 관여하는 cleavage stimulation factor 복합체를 형성합니다. CSTF2는 ribonucleoprotein-type RNA 결합 도메인을 포함하며, B 세포 활성화 시 IgM heavy chain mRNA의 막 결합형에서 분비형으로의 전환 과정에서 발현이 증가합니다.
