Target Information

Antigen 85 proteins (FbpA, FbpB, FbpC)는 mycobacteria가 fibronectin에 높은 친화성을 가지게 하는 주요 요인으로, M. tuberculosis가 폐포 대식세포에 부착하는 것을 돕습니다. 또한 세포벽의 무결성을 유지하기 위해 mycolic acid를 arabinogalactan에 전달하고, α,α-trehalose dimycolate (TDM, cord factor)를 합성하는 역할을 합니다. 이는 α,α-trehalose monomycolate (TMM) 분자 간의 mycoloyl 잔기 전달을 촉매하여 TDM 형성을 유도합니다.
