Gene 1.1 ST Array Plates provide whole-transcriptome coverage for selected model and applied research organisms.
All designs are based on the latest genomic content and offer high probe coverage (up to 26 probes across the full gene length).
This enables accurate whole-transcriptome microarray analysis with higher resolution and accuracy than traditional 3'-biased solutions.
Whole-transcriptome analysis allows detection of multiple transcript isoforms, including splice variants, non-polyadenylated transcripts, alternative polyadenylation sites, and truncated transcripts.

Gene 1.1 ST Array Plates provide comprehensive coverage of the transcribed genome.
Each transcript is interrogated by up to 26 unique 25-mer probes, covering up to 650 bases per transcript.
