For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The ADAM28 gene encodes a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. These membrane-anchored proteins are structurally related to snake venom disintegrins and play roles in various biological processes such as cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis.
This lymphocyte-expressed ADAM protein has two transcript variants:
- Short isoform: secreted form
- Long isoform: transmembrane form
