Target Information
BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator)는 CD28 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 공동억제 수용체로, 면역 반응 중 림프구의 활성을 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 대부분의 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 발현되며, T 세포 활성화 시 발현이 점차 감소합니다. Th1 세포에서는 발현이 유지되지만 Th2 세포에서는 그렇지 않습니다. BTLA는 HVEM(herpesvirus entry mediator)과 상호작용하여 림프구 활성 및 항상성 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 독특한 공동수용체입니다.
