For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

MAPK13 (p38 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in transducing extracellular signals such as cytokine and environmental stress responses.
It regulates keratinocyte differentiation and is activated by phosphorylation or autophosphorylation mediated by MAP3K7IP1/TAB1.
Substrates include transcription regulators (ATF2, MEF2C, MAX), cell cycle regulator (CDC25B), and tumor suppressor (p53), suggesting roles in stress-related transcription, cell cycle regulation, and genotoxic stress response.
Four alternatively spliced transcript variants of SAPK4 encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
