Product Specific Information
This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

This antibody has specificity for Human PERP1/MZB1.
Target Information
MZB1 associates with immunoglobulin M (IgM) heavy and light chains and promotes IgM assembly and secretion. It may act as a molecular chaperone or oxidoreductase, displaying low oxidoreductase activity. Isoform 2 may regulate apoptosis.
MZB1 helps diversify peripheral B-cell functions by regulating Ca²⁺ stores, antibody secretion, and integrin activation. It also acts as a hormone-regulated adipokine/proinflammatory cytokine implicated in chronic inflammation and insulin resistance.
