Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and regulates xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism.
The protein binds DNA as a monomer or heterodimer with the retinoid X receptor, controlling transcription of genes involved in drug metabolism and bilirubin clearance (e.g., cytochrome P450 family).
Unlike most nuclear receptors, this transcriptional regulator is constitutively active without ligand but can be modulated by agonists and inverse agonists.
