Target Information
RPS6KA4 (MSK2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase involved in regulating various cellular processes. It contains two non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates substrates such as CREB1 and c-fos. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been observed but not fully characterized.
