Target Information
SKI8 is a component of the PAF and SKI complex which is composed of SKI2, SKI3, and SKI8. These complexes are involved in transcriptional regulation and events downstream of RNA synthesis. Interaction of the SKI complex with SKI7 links the SKI complex to the exosome to perform mRNA degradation.
