C5AR2 (GPR77)는 아나필락톡신 수용체 계열에 속하는 orphan G-protein-coupled receptor로, N-말단 N-glycosylation site, 여러 보존된 cysteine 및 잠재적 C-말단 phosphorylation site를 포함합니다. C5a 및 C5a-des-Arg에 결합하며, C5aR 매개 염증 반응을 음성 조절하는 scavenger receptor로 작용합니다. Northern blot 분석 결과, C5aR과 함께 다양한 조직과 세포(호중구/대식세포, 비만세포, 수지상세포, 뇌, 폐, 심장, 신장, 간, 난소, 고환 등)에서 공발현됨이 확인되었습니다.
