Target Information
SLFN11은 DNA 손상에 반응하여 세포 사멸을 유도하는 DNA 복제 억제 인자로서, 유전체 보호 역할을 수행합니다. 스트레스 받은 복제 포크를 지속적으로 차단하여 비정상적인 복제를 억제하고 세포 사멸을 유도합니다. 또한 인터페론(IFN)에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 단백질로서, HIV-1과 같은 레트로바이러스 단백질 합성을 코돈 사용 의존적으로 억제합니다. tRNA에 결합하여 바이러스 특이적 코돈 편향을 이용하며, 역전사나 RNA 수출에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
